At Java Green Herbal Teas, we take pride in preparing and shipping your orders with care to ensure you receive the freshest, highest-quality teas possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotions, or holidays.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is complete and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We currently ship all orders via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail or First-Class Mail, depending on package weight and destination.
All shipments include tracking, and most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after leaving our facility.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your total order weight and destination.
We also offer:

  • Free Shipping on orders over [insert your minimum free-shipping threshold] within the continental U.S.
  • Flat-Rate Shipping options are displayed during checkout.

4. Local Pickup

Local customers may select Local Pickup at checkout.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification to schedule a pickup time.
Please bring your confirmation email when collecting your order.
Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled or restocked.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Java Green Herbal Teas is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses, postal delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photo of the package and contents so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
  • Claims for missing packages must be filed with USPS directly, but we will help provide any documentation needed.

8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
