Returns

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or partially used tea products.

Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery or local pickup for a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping & Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Local Pickup Orders

If you selected Local Pickup, please inspect your order upon pickup.
Once items leave our pickup location, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for issues discovered afterward.
