Brewing Instructions:

Hot Brew:

• Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of freshly boiled water at 200–212°F

• Steep for 10–12 minutes, covered, to extract full berry and floral notes

• Strain and enjoy—add honey or cinnamon stick if desired

Iced Brew:

• Use 2 teaspoons per 8 oz hot water

• Steep for 12–15 minutes, strain, and cool completely

• Serve over ice with a slice of lemon or fresh berries
